Honey Bees Cleaning and Janitorial Services is a locally owned and operated business founded in 2009 by cleaning industry veterans Bill and Beatrice Garcia. Honey Bees understands the requirements of a cleaning enterprise alongside the cleaning needs of offices, public buildings, and residential dwellings. Their combined experience helps them maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene on the premise under their trained supervision to the satisfaction of clients. Team
Our staff are hand selected by Bill and Beatrice Garcia, founders of Honey Bees Cleaning. Our unique philosophy allows us to attract and identify the highest caliber candidates for our cleaning positions. Each staff member’s background is screened by a private investigator and coupled with a personality exam. Candidates are provided with extensive training and information needed to properly clean your residence.
Training
We provide in-depth training, which ensures that each worker that wears our company uniform to serve a client is properly trained in maintaining Honey Bee’s high standards of excellence. By placing special emphasis on training, we proactively prevent the problem of varying standards that result from industry wide high turnover rates.
